WORKSHOP DATES:

Black Mountain Center for the Arts
Course participants will get an overview of the
principles of sound drystone masonry methodology, build
a section of the drystone sitting wall adjacent to the
Art Center's pottery studio, and leave with practical
information about projects they intend to undertake on
their own after completion of the course. Participants
will need to bring snug-fit work gloves, safety glasses,
clothes for inclement weather, two sizes of mason's
hammers, and a tape measure.
